The news is mostly full of devastating and heartbreaking updates of the horrible happenings of our times. The range of disasters are so vast that the state of humanity and the planet can feel so overwhelming. The non-stop helpless inducing visuals can be debilitating. Consider swapping out paper towels for locally produced recycled paper ones or sustainably harvested bamboo ones. And using reusable bamboo or cotton towels and napkins as well.
